During this time, we take the time to get to know you, understand your lifestyle, your needs desires, your design style, and the vision you have for your residential or commercial space.
STEP 3 : SIGN CONTRACT, RECEIVE RETAINER, + PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
RESEARCH, DESIGN, PRESENTATION
PHASE TWO
STEP 1 : TRADE DAY
On-site measurements, photos, and final criteria meeting.
STEP 2 : IN-HOME CONSULTATION W/ PRINCIPAL DESIGNER, KYMBERLYN LACY
Execution of Design Plan: Creating furniture plans, completing material selections, rendering,
sketches, elevations, sourcing goods and services, and producing estimates.
STEP 3 : SIGN CONTRACT, RECEIVE RETAINER, + PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
Presentation of Design Plan: Visual Display of furnishings and materials, presentation of
estimates, and collection of deposit.

STEP 1 : Placement of Orders and Delivery Lead Time Assessment
STEP 2 : BUDGET + PROCESS OVERVIEW
STEP 3 : INITIATION OF CONSTRUCTION + RENOVATION
STEP 4: CONSTRUCTION INSTALLATION PERIOD
If required, continues and orders are received. All furnishings ordered are received at our design studio, inspected for damages, and labeled for our big installation day).
STEP 5 : FURNITURE INSTALLATION
Furniture Installation & Styling: This is the day we’ve all been waiting for! This is when items
are installed. The installation day normally takes 2 days depending on the scope of your project. The
walk through may or may not happen on the same day of the reveal.

PHASE FOUR
STEP 1 : CLIENT REVEAL
STEP 2 : POST EVALUATION
STEP 3 : RESOLVE PUNCH LIST AND PRESENTATION OF FINAL INVOICE
